NNIS Service Representative
A Service Representative provides technical and Billing assistance to customers. Employees in this position are responsible for troubleshooting service when a customer calls, customer payments, account changes, new accounts, and scheduling. The position requires interaction with clients and helping them resolve their technical issues through electronic medium such as email or phone. A Service Representative also assists clients to learn to use internet hardware or web applications.
This Position Starts out at $9.00 an hour and can top out at $15.00 an hour. Yearly Salary with 36 hours a week – $ 16,894.00 To $ 28,157.00. Hours include day shift. This Position is Reports to the Company Controller.

- Input new customers
- Provide customer service and support.
- Identify technical issue and resolve the problem via phone, email, or any other electronic medium.
- Identify Problems and note them for the techs
- Resolve recurrent problems and difficulties.
- Identify, resolve and advice on operational issues in the systems.
- Scheduling Appointments
- Keeping Phone Logs when customer Calls
- Work with any billing problems
- Daily Drop from Shop to drop location
Not Authorized Items:
- Credits to account cannot exceed 2 weeks without authorization
- Calls for deals or new business need to be sent to manager
- System Changes to Billing system
- Due date Changes
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Should be able to respond to customers promptly
- Customer service skills.
- Proficient in service packages
- Interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills are essential.
- Accuracy and speed of 40-60 WPM in typing.
- Knowledge of government regulations.
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of word processing software, database software and internet software.
